“So Pink Tuk Tuk as a brand started as a reflection of our love for traditional Indian food and passion for a good coffee. We noticed that despite the love British community has for the Indian cuisine, there is an absence of traditional and genuinely authentic Indian food that most of people who are raised in the Indian Subcontinent eat growing up. This inspired us to create a menu which draws inspiration from Traditional Indian dishes such as vada pao, butter masala, and punjabi chole and give it a more familiar touch in the form of baps, wraps, and sandwiches etc. The result, a menu that is cohesive with our passion for the cuisine and compliments the large variety of coffees and chai (tea) we offer. Our intention is beyond just serving coffee and a bite to eat, it is to give the community an area to enjoy the company of the ones they love, to be a home away from home, to connect and help connect.” Devesh B.
