Workspace is at the heart of what we do. The lack of affordable workspace in London is suffocating fashion startups before they can get off the ground, and we want to change that.
We provide welcoming, secure, affordable workspace, at a range of sizes and prices. Whether you are looking for a studio to grow into, or you’re trying to move your business from home into a dedicated space, we should have something for you.

All fashion businesses are different. There are more than 40 studios at Poplar Works, ranging from 11m2 to 25m2, so you’ll find one that works for you.

Our studios are publicly funded, low cost workspaces aimed at supporting early stage fashion businesses to flourish.
Whilst anyone is open to apply for a space, we have some basic criteria for businesses to ensure that we are supporting the local economy and entrepreneurs in the best way possible. We will look at your connection to the local community, entrepreneurial skills, sustainability and creative talent.

We host programmes that help people and businesses to excel in the fashion economy. We are a proud home to Making for Change, London College of Fashion’s fashion training programme, and we also host a range of workshops and business support programmes for fashion entrepreneurs.
