Programmes
Poplar Works is more than a fashion workspace. We host classes, workshops, and training programmes.
We want people to flourish in the fashion sector. Our programmes are at the core of this. By housing community training programmes, enterprise growth schemes and fashion degree courses in the same space as designers and makers, we want to support new connections and networks.
Our flagship programme is London College of Fashion, UAL’s Making for Change training programme. We also run a range of enterprise education programmes and will list new courses as they develop.
Making for change Training Programme
London College of Fashion, UAL and Newham College’s innovative fashion production training programme.
Making for Change offers vocational qualifications in fashion production, recognised by the fashion and textiles sector. The training provides students with an understanding and knowledge of garment construction techniques used in the industry.
